I can't recall why off the top of my head, but there was an issue with installing the software directly under the admin account. Our polciy is that user's primary accounts cannot have admin rights, so those that require them have local admin credentials which they can enter when installing software etc. They're running the application as a different user. I just did a test export/import as admin and it worked. When you say the software is opened with admin rights, do you mean you are signing in as the admin account for the software or are you running the application as a different user? I assume the first, just want to make sure. I use Hikvision/OEM stuff for customers here." Is that for PC or MAC? I can test it here on my end if you can tell me
